Rude and professionalism.

I call in this morning regarding my Account query, following an sms I got.i was then transferred to an consultant by the name of Sipho Sithebe in collection department.

What a Rude and unprofessional consultant he was ,speaking over me and I found myself repeatedly asking him to give me chance to speak. His attitude left me asking myself if his even competent to render the service 😒. One of his remarks was his not a financial planner 😐. I then asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager he told me he couldn't transfer me to one because there are only consultants, then advised me to go to nedbank website to get number where I can complain, further more told me his got other clients to attend to and don't have time for what I had to say, when asked him to tranfer me to a senior he disconnected the call.

Am truly lost for word .please do listen to the call in reference of my complain.
