Rude and not trained

I have a nedbank loan which I have not payed for 2 months and I have communicated with them through calls and emails. I Received a call from Nedbank (19:40 ********** ) notifying me about my personal loan . The guy that phoned was so rude, he just told me that his name is Thabo and he's calling from Nedbank and I should confirm my details . I then asked this Thabo guy why is he not asking for my time or asking if I had time to talk and then he attacked me. He told me that was not on his script so he wont and I told him the calls are recorded I will report this call. Please attend to this listen to this call using my number.
