Rude and inconsiderate staff

I went into a Nebank expeess branch today at Kempton Square in Kempton park.

When I gor to the entrance I was met by a security who asked me to wait outside.

I immediately made him aware that i am unable to stand outside as I am not well

He insisted that I stand outside even though there were 4 vacant chairs inside.

How do I get treated like this at bank?
