Rude agent thabang

What a way to start my day with a very rude agent from nedbank by the name of Thabang not sure what his surname is.he refused to help me with my query after selecting the verification option on my phone he literally just muted me and refused to help me. He left me waiting for 5 minutes then I had to call back to vet help since he woke up on the wrong side of the bed . The bank shouldn't have such people who are selfish and ill manned especially in customer service
