Rude agent reported my card ******

A nedbank consultantreportrd my card ****** and yet I my card is with me and it is not ******. All my cards are blocked and cannot have access to my bank account simply because she was ****en rude and the network cut our call before we could finish and she didn't have the decency to call me back as a client. I am utterly disgusted by this as it is a great inconvenience to me to spend the whole weekend with no money and bank card that I cannot use. Secondly I have a 6 month babay that I need to buy nappies with and how do I do that when nedbank has ****** reported my card ******
