Nedbank the glen has absolutely no direction. You walk in and told to take a seat and you’re completely ignored going forward. No one has a clue what’s going on here and an issue that takes less than 15 minutes has us waiting to be assisted for close to 60 minutes. ******* service here! Absolutely no concept of Customer service!
