Be a Nedbank client at your own risk. I recently opened a Nedbank account and I was told I will receive my bank card in 3 to 5 days. 5 days has passed and I'm told my bank card and gone because I did not come and get it. They sent a notification stating it ready for collection how was I supposed to know it there??? I'm angry and upset.
