Robbing me off my green backs money with excuses

I have requested my Greenbacks points in cash from nedbank, i have arounf R530, but nedbank cannot give me and want to charge me R160 for home delivery, so i will come out with R360, i say no, i want my full payment and i am not paying for courier charges, thats the reason i dont bank with Nedbank anymore
