Robbing me

Nedbank south Africa ,what a bad experience and a bank that just decide to take money out of my account without my concent ,after I have made arrangements they just decide they taking X amount out of my account and when I call them I have to speak to this one and that one and everyone giving me a story no problem solving answers I get from them not even the manager in the complain department could do something to get my money reverse back . This is robbing !!!! What a way to help your own client that has been banking for years .I cant wait for 7 days for my money u took in like seconds out of my account .
