****** by Nedbank ATM

On the 28th October 2016, i had withdrawn cash at the Nedbank ATM (Gateway Branch) only to discover that a burnt R100 was dispensed with my cash. I have subsequently experienced numerous problems having any chain store accept the note due to the damage imposed by the burn marks. My question is how can Nedbank load a burnt 100 note into its ATM's? It should be noted that a monthly maintenance fee is charged onto my account for the utilization of this facility only to be subjected to ******* by receiving an unexchangable note. How many else of these notes are in circulation? I am extremly disappointed to fall victim of such an act of incompetance. Please implement controls to prevent such occurrences.
