On the 22 Dec 2020 l paid the settlement of R13359.77 toward the personal loan l had with Nedbank. The following month 2021January 15 they debited from my account R1236.71 which was the monthly payment towards the loan. When l filed a complain requesting for the refund they only gave me R908,77 instead of the full amount of 1236,71 debited from my account
