My late father had an account with Nedbank for 34 years, he passed 17 months ago. We sent ALL necessary documentation to have his account closed....we have official emails from Nedbank stating that it is closed BUT very month my mom gets SMS’s that my late fathers account is in overdraft, emails have been sent but no joy....sis on u Nedbank !!!!! It is in overdraft for R17.00 (sic)
