Risky business area and unprofessional work conduct

I'd like to report my traumatic experience that took place midday on Friday, 14th February 2020. The incident took place after making a withdrawal at the notorious Nedbank in Vaal Mall, Vanderbijlpark. I choose to use the description notorious because I have heard of many theft incidents from this branch and this mall in particular and I have now encountered it first hand.

I went there to withdraw a large some of money and was firstly referred to one of the tellers who's stationed where there is minimum privacy instead of the enclosed room that caters for bulk withdrawals. Meaning the workspace of the teller that was assisting me was exposed leaving me vulnerable to theft. The teller who was assisting me was behaving rather strangley and didn't seem to know the work processes, having to seek guidance from her manager from time to time. This ofcourse was time consuming.

After a few minutes having received the money and now at my house, I was alarmed to hear my daughter scream from her room and when I left my room to go check on her, I was met by two men in the passage, one carrying a gun demanding my handbag with the money I had just withdrew.

My daughter was held hostage in her bedroom by the one guy while the other one held a gun to my head demanding my handbag. He pushed me to the side heading to my bedroom to get my handbag which contained the money I had withdrawn and other valuable items that were in my bedroom. While this was happening, a 3rd accomplice was torturing and beating the man who assists with the garden outside, he ended up being taken to the nearest hospital at the arrival of the police.

The Senior person at Nedbank, Vaal Mall who was assisting us when we returned there to report the incident, was very defensive and told us they've never encountered such an incident before. This ofcourse is a lie to protect their staff members and the branches reputation.

I would like Hello Peter to assist me with a thorough investigation as I believe this was an inside job and my personal information like my physical address was leaked to these *********.

This incident has left all victims traumatised to a point where I had to admit myself to the hospital at 23:30 pm because of the physical pain I suffered upon being pushed and falling to the ground. I have lost all faith in the business practices of Nedbank in Vaal Mall.
