RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

Took out a personal loan in October 2013 from Nedbank. I became unemployed in 2014 and missed 7 payments between periods June 2014 to Dec 2014. I made contact with the bank to inform them I was not working and made 2 minimum amount payments which they requested I do. Soon as I resumed employment I started paying the bank again, I also made telephonic arrangements with the loans dept to pay extra every month to catch up for those 7 payments missed, they even calculated the additional monthly amount I needed to pay to bring my account up to date before expiry date of the contract. I've been paying my current amount plus the additional amount every month and have managed to settle all arrears bringing the account into "current" status. My final payment is supposed to be end of October 2016 when the contract expires, but Nedbank now wants me to make "out of loan" arrangements as they say I still owe almost 3 month's repayments. I've contacted the loans department several times to confirm my arrears is up to date and to reaffirm the date of my final instalment, and the consultants are giving me conflicting information, although 1 consultant did confirm October will be my last payment, but now according to the latest statement there is still almost 3 more payments owing to the bank. I've asked that Nedbank listens to the recordings of my calls and explain what these extra outstanding monies are for but they refuse to do this.
