I’m very frustrated with this nedbank I don’t ever want anything that has to do with them. Paid off my credit card in full 26 February. Same day I requested for closure, it’s been back and forth since then .

I’ve been calling them everyday I get different stories from the consultants and manager. So annoyed, they delay the process in so doing I’m accumulating interest on the account and even though it was paid in full long time ago.

So today, 29 February their manager is telling me that I will take a week to close the account. She busy apologizing for their inefficiency, how is sorry going to help in my situation .

I will not ever associate myself with Nedbank every again. MY DONE....nxaaa
