My current account above has been debited R 220.00 monthly for maintenance fees from the 24th of February to date.

When I spoke to a consultant earlier I got advised that it is a SAVVY Bundle Account and what the benefits of such an Account are. Interestingly enough I do not have any of those benefits including the plantinum card but am getting debited monthly as if it was.

It has now been changed to a Savvy plus account at R 115.00 and I expect a credit of R 105.00 x 7 months (R 735.00) which is the amount I`ve been incorrectly debited since February 2022.
