Ripped of my pension money by nedbank

I had planned to go on vacation at Blyde River Canyon but because the person I was supposed to go with had to undergo an operation. I had given Blyde River Canyon my credit card details and they deducted the money and because we had canceled Portia From Blyde River canyon refunded the money taken from my credit card on the14 September2021 up to now money not reflecting on my credit card Portia sent a voice clip where she was enquering from Nedbank when will i receive my money back a consultant from nedbank said it will reflect in my account in 5 _to 10 days up to today i have not received my money i think the bank is de*****ing me and i am a pensionet
