I asked teller statements from my transactor account, I proceeded to give her the details on paper, she then gave me my statements from my savvy account. At R480 I was charged for the wrong statements, and she tells me that it was immediately charged onto my account once she copied and received it. So I just have to pay even though she made the mistake. I ask her to retract the charge and said she can't. It was her mistake because she assumed that transactor and transactional is the same. Nedbank Woodstock cape Town, I'm very dissatisfied with their service and unprofessional attitude.
