i have been using nedbank merchant services for a few years now. after a year or so of buying a card machine i was forced to buy a new machine which was fine as the machine was an upgrade. now a few years down the line the software crashes and the service i am told is that i have to go and buy another machine. before the person i was talking to knew the machine was a purchased device she was willing to send out technical support for software upgrade. after she found out its a fully purchased device than all of the sudden there is no software upgrade only option is to purchase a new device. from my experience after every 2 years you are forced to buy a new machine from nedbank one way or another.
