I recently joined a debt counseling as I'm struggling to meet my financial commitments and living expenses as we all know we living in a very challenging time. My debt counseling company was happy to assist and send all necessary documentation to my creditors however Nedbank debited my account after communication was sent and even after Nedbank debited I'm struggling to get a refund as they are now being paid via my deb review company. I am extremely disappointed that after several phone calls and emails they are not responding to refund my money and they are also being paid by my debt review company. So where does this leave me as it's a very sensitive matter theres a reason why I app**** for debt review and now Nedbank is still deducting and no feedback had been given its almost a week now and I have other commitments too. I'm really unhappy about this and extremely disappointed
