Ridiculous SLA

I was supposed to careless withdrawal, the atm took long to process the transaction and then timed out with an error message. I went to a shoprite money market and the funds were not available. The branch loads and balances it’s own aims however the SLA is ridiculous. How do you keep a customer waiting for 3 days for an atm that’s supposed to be balanced by the branch. Atm reference number is 886567
