Ridiculous service

I am extremely disappointed. The service from Nedbank nowadays is ridiculous. First I had to struggle for more than a week just to close my account. Ontop of that I had to order a new Card for my other account. Up to date it has been 2 weeks yet no one has contacted me regarding my new card. Payment was completed 2 weeks ago but still no card? Apparently we pay for service that we don't receive.
