Ridiculous Service and Systems ever RRB/Legal Issue

I am so frustrated at Nedbank, I have a judgement granted against me by Nedbank on my cheque account. I tried multiple times to contact Nedbank to talk to them about the judgement so i can pay it and have it removed. I have been tossed to and from, sent from one department to another. No one is able to pick up this judgement from the cheque department, to the RRB to the legal i spoke to almost everyone. The judgement on my TransUnion report has no attorneys' details so upon giving Nedbank my id number yet again they could not find which account i am talking about. I had to go to the magistrate court myself to get a copy of the Judgement, i called them back and gave Nedbank the correct cheque account number and i was told yet again they could not pick it up. I had asked them to put it in writing for me if the judgment was granted by mistake. I am willing to pay what i owe Nedbank but i am not getting help.
