Ridiculous service and bad service from a manager

I was at Nedbank flora Centre, The manager named Thando refused to give me her surname, she gave me the most ridiculous service ever as i was seeking help. Just not sure why would you appoint her as your manager with such a rude attitude towards customers. She is not willing to listen to me as a customer, Plain out rude I tell you, she does not deserve to be with a such great brand as Nedbank. Bad service. She is just a disgrace.
