Ridiculous rates for clients, almost half less at other institution

Why will I be charged 28% interest on a 24 month term as a loyal Nedbank client with a rather good credit rating whilst another bank offer me 16.1% on a 22 month term.

It is not like Nedbank has great Service or a working banking app.

Hope other Nedbank clients gets to read this. Makes no sense. Hope other clients will also be moving their accounts as there are much better out there.
