ridiculous policies

<p>im extremely appaulled by your company policies, i call your contact center to update my contact details and im told that you cannot do that, what is the point of having a contact centre , ive lost my phone, i have a full time job when exactly will i have the time to stand in your long ass ques with your slow as fudge attandence and get it updated, in the meantime i cannot do any internet banking because everything needs to be confirmed on the number i ****** well want to change. like explain to me what must happen now, you can update my address but not my cell number, so the personal address is less sensitive to a freaken cell number , does that make sense to you nedbank ?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
