RIDICULOUS Interest Rates on Personal Loans

It is with high dissapointment that I write to you today. I app**** for a Loan online in August and then went to the Personal Loans Centre in Alberton to discuss the quote. I advised the lady who was very helpful and very professional that I am not happy with the Interest Rate on this Loan which was given at 33.2%. I advised that I want this dropped to at least 15% or lower and she advised that they cannot do this there. The money is paid in my account now which I am very thankful for to the very helpful staff at Personal Loans staff at Alberton, but with the same interest rate. I want the Personal Loans Head Office to URGENTLY look at this Interest Rate reduction as other Banks namely Absa, Std and Capitec do reduce Rates for exisiting and NEW customers and even advertise this in the market, so why can you not do this. I want this rate reduced on the system today to at least 15% or LOWER and my new instalment communicated to me today. Or I will have no choice to tell you to take your Loan Back and advise the TCF and you would have lost a Loans Customers and I will go get this at a cheaper rate at your competitor. This is urgent and I expect feedback today please!!!!
