Ridiculous bank charges

<p>My charges are R50 per month I made no deposit in July and August and only made a transfer last week which was 500 from my investment. I was charged 220 instead of 100 and was only able to withdraw 280. This is ridiculous! The statement shows sundry charges of R168. Please refund me my money.</p>
