Richardsbay ATM retained my card and crdita card installment

<p>I receieved a sms on the 31/03/2017 from nedbank credit card division to pay R580 to maintain a positive credit record, i work very day, so on saturday afternoon around 15:30 - 15:45pm i went to deposit R600 into my credit card account at the only cash depositing atm in richardsbay, accross the broadwalk mall, I inserted R600 and immdeiatley after the computer went off, retaining my card and the deposit, for veirifctaion there was a camamera over looking the ATM, I had to hire a taxi and get home, i never had my phone, so i phoned nedbank at around 19:00pm to report, please find call reference number ********** , My big concern is that i am afraid becasue of this i am again going to be on credit breau for poor account conduction</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the second time that i am recieving poor service from nedbank, this query must be sorted out i am not going to have a poor record becasue of NEDBANK System failures</p> <p>this is unproffessional,</p> <p>Desivan Kisten</p>
