Reward - Never Paid up

Nedback advertised when I open my account that I qualify for a reward promotion for switching my salary with them.

I was given 6 months to earn my salary via my Nedbank account - I did that.

so when it's time for a payout nobody wants to help out and I'm always getting the same story that my case has been escalated.

I'm changing my account soon and transferring my debit orders to another service provider because Nedbank doesn't give an inch about customer satisfaction. If this is what I have to keep up with, I'd rather be with a bank that hears and finds solutions to my problems.
