REVERSE MY MONEY PLEASE

Hi I bought pills online it was advertised R160.40 but they deducted R2010.40 on my account, immediately iphoned nedbank for assistance they emailed me a desputes form then I fill it and emailed back but no one eva phoned me until today and this company I bought the pills from them they emailed me yesterday said my order will delay due to lock down ,even last week I phoned nedbank they told me my query was not done yet i have to wait .i don't want the pills to be delivered i want nedbank to reverse my money. This issue takes place on the 06/04/2020 please assist.
