reverse my money please

im very disappointed about nedbank these days on the 27 march you deducted money from my acc says counter statement of which i never requested and i never visited any branch requesting that is it this method of *****ing our money or what please reverse my money i want it back and those call center people are saying its hillbrow branch, when i call them they say they don't know anything about it my number is ********** 958
