Reversals

I am Nomawabo Nokubonga Ntshwanti Somi. I made debit order reversals on my Nedbank banking app. I never received the money in my account. Funny enough the reversals where successful when I made the reversal transaction but the money doesn't come through. I even went to the branch but they told me stories. Am so disappointed in by the service am getting from Nedbank
