REVERSAL OF NEDBANK IMALI 48 hours or 30 days ?

I sent a nedbank imali to a wrong number that on the 26th September, I called the call center they said it will be back in my account in 48 hours if the person hasn't withdrawn it. No problem waited more than 48 hours decided to call them this morning and another consultant says no only after 30 days !! Which one is which ? what is this ?
