Reversal of a sendimali transaction

I have a business account with Nedbank,I use your sendimali service a lot and this time by error,I punched it an incorrect number and immediately called the Nedbank Call Centre and spoke to a Neo Moloabi ,who tld me ,if the incorrect number is valid then I have lost that money. I bank with Capitec and have received money mistakenly on my phone and Capitec always made sure the person receives their money by debiting my account again.I just don't get it why such a big operation such as Nedbank would not have such simple service.I'm done with this bank for good.I cannot believe this,I really cant.I even asked the guy to even block my account if it means that money will not be withdrawn,i was desperate and he just told me even that would not stop the person from withdrawing that money.Tell me why should i carry on with Nedbank if they can't work with me?

I got that call from Nedbank and the lady actually called me to repeat what I was already told by Neo on the phone. That is the reply they are talking about,my money is still not recovered.I'm from a customer services background myself and I believe if you don't have a solution to a complaint then you don't know what you pretend to be doing.FNB introduced this money transfer facility and they have safety measures in place, things such as an expiring pin after 4 hours and with Nedbank the pin expires after 9 days which gives the wrong recipient more time to access the money. This means, what FNB can do as a,safety measure in 4 hours takes Nedbank 9 days to do.
