Reversal

Am very disappointed with nedbank, first of all on the 27th the deducted 115 of the maintenance fee and again on the 28th they deducted 185 twice not even once on my savvy cheque account stating that it’s for maintenance of which the maintenance fee that I know they deduct every month is 115. What’s frustrates me I went to the branch and reported the matter and then I wasted my airtime also to follow up and phone only to reverse one 185 the second 185 still waiting for it to be reversed. I am really so disappointed in them. And yet they still haven’t fixed my issue and my money has not yet reversed back into my bank account and am at a point of closing nedbank account and move back into my old capitec bank.
