Reversal

I had initially taken out an investment savings account on my nedbank money app, however later I found a more enticing offer with discovery. I approached a branch consultant regarding the cancelation of this nedgroup investment and carelessly informed that since it wasn't showing on the app I did not take it out properly and need not worry. My name is Bantu Heath Pasiya and my account number is *** and nedgroup deducted a thousand rand from my account, I have been in contact with them since Saturday and no one can help me. I have calling numerous times and no one seems to understand that this is a fairly new contract surely the must be some sort of period given to opt out of this but I am only met with bumbling idiots who mumble their way through each call with insignificant words read from an outdated script. I have had it with this bank. It's a simple matter, it's my moneyand I want it back.
