Returned Debit Order

The debit order on my creditcard account for MTN R154.95 on 3 August was returned, and my service was suspended. I contacted help desk who said the fault was with MTN. The return code was 268 Late Response. I am not going to pay the penalty fee to MTN. I had a similar problem with another debit order earlier this year. This is unacceptable
