Returned Debit/Low funds Alert rip-off

Your low funds alert advertising campaign states that you have up to 36 hours to deposit finds. I received a sms to say that I had low funds. I checked the situation on internet banking and I immediately made a payment sufficient enough for the orders to be processed. Over night the debit order was returned and you have charged a R190 fee for the debit orders. It is this poor service that is forcing me to relocate banks after being with Nedbank for 18 years. It is pathetic to say the least.<br> I will close my account by the end of the month.
