Return my R5000

Nedbank Authorizations refuses to process my R5000 refund /cancellation on my credit card, numerous emails have been sent to them from the car hire company, the merchant bank requesting this hold to be uplifted and its been over a month, I want to cancel all my banking and move to another bank because this is utter nonsense, they wanted a email they get an email and then today im told i need to follow up with the other bank why are not giving me an update - i want those funds back asap
