Retrhenched at work now i have to loose my house

I'm disappointed to hear from a homeloan consultant at nedbank that I will be kicked out of my due to being retrhenched at work, i have a homeloan with Nedbank for more than 10 years i recently lost my job and now i cannot to pay for my bond and I have a policy that covers me for loss of income but it can't be triggered because I'm not disabled according to the consultant.. If having a homeloan with Nedbank you get this kind of treatment surely people need to know what they getting themselves into when taking a homeloan with Nedbank
