Retrenchment cover still not processed

I was retrenched in August of 2020. I submitted all required documents and I was told the claim is being processed. Ever since, I haven't received any communication from Nedbank Personal Loans regarding my claim. Please settle the loan as agreed and stop charging me for retrenchment cover while the claim is being processed.
