Retrenchment claim ignored
I have recently been retrenched and indicated this on my mobile banking app. I've also emailed all requested document for retrenchment claim, both my personal loan on 18 August and credit card on the 22 August. Since then no response from the Nedbank insurance. To top it all my installment was deducted on the 25th..I AM RETRENCHED NEDBANK, YOU TOOK MY LAST MONEY FROM ME YET I'VE PAID INSURANCE EVERY MONTH.. Come on now guys do your job please...
