RETRENCHED YET INCORRECTLY DOUBLE DEBITED FOR A PERSONAL LOAN WITH ACTIVE INSURANCE!

Insurance and Personal Loans-Collection departments are both the most useless I have ever experience! My insurance on my personal loan account is activated and payments are being paid out by the insurance, however for two months now I have been double debited in respect of my personal loans. I’ve put in refund case but have since just been given the run around as to when my money will be reimbursed! I am unemployed and the call center agents want to be ****y and sarcastic! One guy (By the name of Sipho in the Insurance department) even laughed on the phone because I was logging another query with them. Lebo Nthuli and Maditse are meant to be team leaders in Personal Loans-collection departments but they are never available nor do they answer their phones! A guy in Personal Loans-collection department names Simphiwe assured me he would go and look for feedback for me and get back to me but couldn’t provide me with a number or email address to follow up! It’s just back and forth with them constantly!!!

Quick to take your money incorrectly but they take their own time to refund you!
