Retrenched now I will lose my car.

I’ve had the worst experience claiming from Nedgroup life for my vehicle . Recently got retrenched and claimed on the 04th of August 2020 and the Turn around time was meant to be 7 working days but I’m still waiting while they “assess” my claim. The status of my claim never changed but already getting notices from MFC that they’ll hand me over and take my car. This service is dismal and they should be shut down.
