Retrenched and NO RESPONSE

<p> Claim on retrenchment submitted on 05/10 with follow ups on 2017/07/10,2017/07/04, 2017/06/26, 2017/06/07, 2017/05/31, 2017/05/24, 2017/05/21. One payment was supposedly transferred from my credit protection to my personal loan however no summary of the claim or cover was sent to me or proof of the transfer being done and noted on my loan account. I have requested numerous times for statements etc. and when cover will stop as I am still unemployed with no suffice and this is leaving me in a predicament where where my record can be affected as a good payer till now! I have no idea how long I still have cover for or any info to make provisions!!! I used to say Nedbank is a great bank and considered moving all my accounts over however I am now thinking this is not the case and am better off with other banks as their customer service is not as I thought it was.!!!</p>
