Retrenched and no assistance from Nedbank Insurance

Good day,

Firstly I am very upset about how my claim has been handled. Secondly the gentlemen from Nedbank Insurance who called to say my claim has been rejected had no empathy and was rude and kept talking over me. He did not even suggest another solution.

I was retrenched without any warning and my last paid salary was at the end of April 2019. I did not send any documents through to Nedbank as I knew that there is a 3 month waiting period before a claim can be put through. I have carried on paying my loan and have not been in arrears and will obviously still pay it at the end of August. I out in a claim only now, and need help going forward, I am not asking for any help for any of the previous months. I cannot find a job and I need help please.
