Retrain is an option

I am so frustrated with the non service I have received!!!! I have made 2 phone calls from New Zealand and chatted to 4 different agents about the same issue. No one was able to assist me! I URGENTLY need a payment recall document that can open. None of those sent to me can open - even after downloading so many apps. To me it is a lot of Money!!! And I need it back. Please please please HELP!!!!
