Retired staff don't matter

After giving client service as a staff member for thirty seven and a half years, all I request is to receive the same service but now it seems as a retired employee, I'm now being ignore. Reference to emails sent to the Branch manager at Govan Mbeki since early this year to rectify my account has fallen on deaf ears.
