Retention upliftment from Bond attorneys in Nedbank

We are in the process of sell purchasing a property and all our attorneys need is for our bond attorney at Nedbank to uplift the retention, its been three weeks going on four and still no feedback. Our bond attorney is on Leave yet we get no other assistance from Nedbank If there is anything outstanding can someone please advise us so we can sort it out.
